The Delegated Risk Intern will be responsible for…

Primary Responsibilities Include Supporting

  • Creates and maintains reporting to track business performance of our GBD Delegated Risk Program.
  • Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures.
  • Develops and analyzes business performance reports (e.g. for claims data, provider data, utilization data) and provides notations of performance deviations and anomalies.
  • Creates and publishes periodic reports, makes necessary recommendations, and develops ad hoc reports as needed.

Functions OR Examples Of Projects For This Role

  • May require taking business issue and devising best way to develop appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data that will translate business requirements into usable decision support tools.
  • Supports all aspects of the Delegated Risk Team

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or other related degrees
  • This internship is from June to August and is 40 hours per week/or 20 hours per week depending on school schedule in a virtual setting
  • Must be enrolled fulltime at an accredited college or university during internship
  • Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint
